Tracy Jacobsen has worked in the Norfolk area for the last twenty years specializing in orthopedic care and the treatment of shoulder, elbow, and hand injuries. graduated with her clinical doctorate degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and is trained in orthopedic care, industrial rehab, and geriatrics.
In her spare time, Tracy enjoys attending her children’s activities, reading, and traveling.
